1. Returns

1.1 Change of Mind

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return items for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the book(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and with any original packaging.

1.2 Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective book, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. We may request photos of the damage for our records.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Digital downloads (eBooks, audiobooks)
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made books

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to our error.

3. Return Process

1. Contact our customer service at mymaktabauk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
3. For returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, follow the return process and place a new order once the refund is processed.
